Order Failures

My order has failed, what should I do?

  • Check the balance of your float for that specific currency to ensure the balance is enough to cover any purchases
  • Wait a further 2 minutes and try again, as long as you were not initially charged in your first attempt
  • Double check our WeGift status page to see if there are any widespread issues with gift card failures and out of stock warnings
  • If you are connected to WeGift via our API, check the error codes in our API docs to find what might be causing the failures
