The refund of gift cards will depend on the brand’s terms and conditions. Please make sure to check the T&C's of the retailer to see if you are eligible for a refund.


If you are eligible for a refund, you will need to contact the support team via the contact form https://info.wegift.io/contact and provide:


- Your name

- Order reference

- Name of the website through which the order was placed.

 

Our support team will then contact the brand on your behalf. Once the retailer has confirmed the refund to us, we will be sending the funds back to our corporate customer through which you have placed the order. 


The average time to obtain a refund is 7-14 working days.
